These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of goldenfeatherllc.com and the services provided by Golden Feather LLC ("Golden Feather", "we", "us"). By submitting a request, placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We are a media agency. Our Media Article service includes writing, placing and publishing articles about your brand, product or news, and related promotion services. The Starter, Growth and Premium packages, and what each includes, are described on our website and in the quote or invoice we send you.
2. Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. A quote or invoice from us confirms the price and scope of your order.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due before work begins.
- You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency-conversion fees on your side.
3. What you provide
You agree that the information, claims, images and documents you give us are accurate, lawful, and yours to use, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or mislead readers. You are responsible for the facts and claims in any article you approve.
4. Review and revisions
We send you a draft for review before publishing. The number of revision rounds depends on your package. Nothing is published until you approve it. Requests that change the agreed scope may need a new quote.
5. Publication and outlets
- We publish on our own network of media websites, and on selected third-party publications on request.
- Third-party publications set their own editorial, advertising and sponsored-content rules. They may accept, edit, label, delay or decline an article, and we cannot control their decisions.
- Sponsored or paid content is labeled as each publication requires. You agree not to ask us to hide a required label.
- Publication names and logos belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
- We may substitute an outlet of similar standing if the agreed one becomes unavailable.
6. No guarantee of results
We work to deliver quality articles, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, press coverage by third parties, or any other specific outcome. Search engines and publishers make those decisions.
7. Content ownership
Once you have paid in full, you may use the final approved article for your own business purposes. Before then, and for our own samples, we keep ownership. You allow us to publish the article on the agreed outlets. We may keep a record of our work for our files, but we will not publicly show your confidential information.
8. Prohibited content
We do not accept content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that promotes illegal products or services. We may refuse or stop any order for this reason, and the Refund Terms will apply.
9. Confidentiality
We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your order, except where the law requires disclosure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for actions of third-party publishers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims, losses and reasonable costs we suffer because of content or information you supplied that breaches these Terms or someone else's rights.
12. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Terms.
13. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use its forms to send spam. Website content, design and our logo belong to us.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Allen County, Indiana, unless the law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to new orders. Orders already confirmed follow the Terms in force when you placed them.
